Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 2026 · Version 2.0

Please review the terms and conditions carefully before authorizing payments on ZeroApps. By completing payment, checking the agreement checkbox, or logging into the Client Portal, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the billing policies, support scopes, and intellectual property transfers documented below.

1. Milestone Payments & Retainers

All projects at ZeroApps are scheduled into custom payment milestones (e.g., 30% Advance, 40% Coding, 30% Delivery). Advance retainer deposits must clear before engineering design and codebase setups commence. Subsequent milestone payouts are due immediately upon the completion and deployment of the respective project phase as logged on the Client Portal.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

All intellectual property rights, database schemas, custom software architectures, Figma layouts, and final source codes generated during development remain the exclusive property of ZeroApps. IP ownership is fully transferred and assigned to the client only after 100% of the project deal amount is paid and cleared.

3. Maintenance & Post-Delivery Support

Every custom application built by ZeroApps includes 3 months of complimentary post-delivery maintenance. This covers bug resolutions, host environment calibrations, and critical security patch updates. Complimentary support does not cover core feature modifications or major redesigns; these will be billed separately as custom updates.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments made for any milestone are non-refundable once engineering or design work on that specific milestone phase has started. Retainer advance deposits are 100% refundable if requested before any design or engineering work begins. In the event of project termination by the client, the client is responsible for paying all developer hours completed up to the date of cancellation.

5. cPanel Deployments & Access

cPanel staging builds are deployed to ZeroApps nodes for validation testing. Staging directories are managed by administrators. Upon receiving final balance clearances, staging files and domains are migrated and handed over directly to the client's cPanel or production servers.
