At ZeroApps, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy describes how we collect, handle, and secure your information when you utilize our Milestone Payment System, Client Portal, and development services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to deliver software development services and maintain client relationships. This includes client name, company name, email address, phone number, project specifications, and payment reference numbers (Razorpay ID/UTR). We do not store raw credit/debit card numbers on our server; all payments are processed through secure external gateways (Razorpay, Cosmofeed).
2. Data Security & Firestore
All client records, project milestone reports, and timelines are saved in our Firebase Firestore database. Access is protected by robust Firestore Security Rules. Only authorized administrators (kumarashiq4@gmail.com) and the respective authenticated client can read specific project documents. Data in transit is protected using SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption.
3. cPanel Hosting & Invoice PDFs
Generated invoice PDF documents containing billing summaries, transaction IDs, client IPs, and terms acceptance logs are stored directly on our cPanel hosting directory at public/invoices/. These files are named with unique, non-sequential invoice hashes. They are made accessible to the bill-to client and the admin for records retention and accounting compliance.
4. Terms Acceptance Log
To prevent dispute claims, we record and log the client's public IP address, transaction timestamp, and terms acceptance state at the time of check out. This security audit trail is printed directly onto the invoice PDF and saved in Firestore. It is never shared with third parties except as required for payment reconciliation or legal compliance.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies to keep clients logged into the Client Portal and manage session states. We do not run invasive tracking scripts or sell customer data to advertising brokers. Any analytical logs captured on the server (like page load times) are used solely to optimize the system's performance.
